I don’t want to have any type of personal relationship with Daddy Lumba – Ko-Jo Cue

Rapper Ko-Jo Cue from Ghana has talked openly about his friendship with Daddy Lumba, the late highlife musician.

"I don't want to have any type of personal relationship with Daddy Lumba," declared the rapper.

The rapper revealed that he views the late artist as unapproachable and places him on a high pedestal in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz.

"You know how we see people from a distance? They seem almost godlike to you, but as you get to know them, you realize they're just regular people like you," he remarked. I don't want to begin to regard him as any less divine.

The rapper went on to say that he would never collaborate with the legend, even if given the chance, since he prefers to think of him as unapproachable.

"It will be hard to decline a collaboration from Daddy Lumba," he continued.

Although Ko-Jo Cue did not speak with the singer, he did indicate that he had previously met him.

Ko-Jo Cue, who just appeared in the BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher, is presently promoting his new song, "For You," which features Joeboy from Nigeria.
