Joeboy joins Warner music

Following Joeboy's five-year departure from Empawa, a new agreement is reached.

Throughout this period, he put out two EPs, Love & Light and Body, Soul and Spirit, two albums, Body & Soul and Somewhere Between Beauty and Magic, as well as numerous hit singles and features that have received over two billion plays on various digital streaming services.

kinfenwa-Donus, better known by his stage name Joeboy, has inked a two-album deal with Warner Music, a major global music label.

Joeboy will debut as Young Legend, an entertainment group, and become the next African flagship artist for Warner Music as a result of the two deals.

Global music icons like Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Burna Boy, and Ckay, among many more, call the Music label home.

Joeboy has taken on a new role as CEO of his clothing business, Young Legend. business manager Deola Jaiyesimi will take on the role of Head of the label, responsible for producing the next generation of afrobeat superstars for the international arena.
